My Story

I’m Beth, I have been a certified life coach and consultant for the past 10 years. I have over 25 years of experience helping others with their personal growth and learning to love themselves. I naturally gravitate towards those who are on the brink of something great, and together we explore the possibilities surrounding it.

A little over eight years ago I started the journey of taking care of myself and learning to be self-aware and becoming my own best friend. I found a safe place to open up through two mentors that were willing to invest in me. We discussed everything, the good the bad and the ugly. My mentors showed that to experience what was really going on, I needed to look at my story. I needed to understand where I came from, examine my present, and look at my future.

I used different coaching tools and techniques to deal with specific areas of my life. I watched as the layers came off, I felt like I was seeing the real me for the first time. The advice and guidance my mentors gave me brought clarity and insight to who I am. I am continually encouraged and strive for personal growth in myself every day.

By working through the messes in my life, those closest to me could see the changes. I believe my family has had the most impact. We started working together by setting boundaries, facing fears and having crucial conversations. By being each other’s life coach, we have created stronger and healthier relationships together.

"You either take control of your love life or it takes control of you. It’s that simple."

My Mission

My mission is to give people tools to raise self-awareness and to change the limiting beliefs into a mindset of growth.
